Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed that several foreign clubs have approached in the past to handle them, but he would never leave Manchester United.
The Scot arrived at Old Trafford in 1986 and continued to demand huge success on their own, guided Red Devils 11 Premier League titles and two Champions League wins.
His achievement is unique in modern football, and talking to the New World, gave Sir Alex had tried several associations approached.
Was “I had offers from clubs to go abroad, but I have never tried,” admitted the 67-year-olds.
“I do not mean that the record of who they are, but you’ll be amazed at the names.
“It flew over my head and concentrate on life. We do not leave Manchester United.”
Ferguson is more for a trip to face Chelsea on Sunday at Stamford Bridge, because he has not won in the Premiership since 2002.
