
Diego Lopez has revealed he is tempted by a move to England after having heard rumors linking him to a transfer from Villarreal to Manchester United.
The 27-year-old goalkeeper is the subject of reports suggesting that Sir Alex Ferguson is weighing up an offer for him to land at the end of the season.
Manchester United are interested in a replacement level for Edwin van der Sar and the Spanish goalkeeper can be found on their list of possibilities for some time.
If the Reds made a move, then Lopez has made clear it would consider options if he wants to play England in a thrilling proposal.
“I am aware of the rumors and the Premier League is very attractive,” the Sun quoted him saying.
Lopez is a product of the Madrid system real youth and became the first choice of Villarreal ‘keeper after choosing to move to El Madrigal to about 6 M € in 2007.
His form for the yellow submarine saw the team in Spain in August, when he received his first cap.
